摘　　要：目的　报道采用带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣修复手部创面的疗效。方法　采用带蒂髂腹沟皮瓣一期或延期一期修得手术外伤创面 2 8例 ,术后 2～ 3周断蒂。结果　全部病例获得 7～ 1 2个月随访 ,所有皮瓣成活 ,效果满意。结论　带蒂髂腹股皮瓣设计简单 ,操作方便 ,疗效满意 ,是修复手部创面较好方法之一。Objective To report the out come of iliogron flap in repearing of the hand soft tissue defect.Methods 28 cases of hand soft tissue defect were repeared with pedical iliogroin flap.The skin pedicles were in ision after 2-3 weck postoperationly.Results All the flap survived.The results were satisfactery factery after 7-12 months follow-up.Conclusions The design of pedicle iliogroin flap is simply,the blood supply is reliable and the elevation is easy and quick.This flap is useful in repearing the soft tissue defect of the hand.
