摘　　要：用一种新的增加属性值的方法进行数据约简 ,并把这种方法用于机器学习和机器研究 ,提出了完全分明、分明度等新概念 。Discusses a new method of increasing the number of the attributes in the data reduction,the method can be used in the machine learning and researching.Proposes the new concepts of complete discernibility and discernible degree,the data reduction and the machine learning can be completely unified.
