摘  要:采用有限元方法 ,对 PP/ GMT制品压缩模塑的冷却与结晶过程进行数值模拟 ,采用非等温结晶模型 ,计算出不同条件下制品中树脂的结晶度和制品内部温度分布 ,并与实验结果进行了对比 。A mathematical model of the heat transfer in part was established to simulate the thermal behavior of GMT parts during compression molding. A finite-element method was used to solve the model. The distributions of internal temperature and crystallinity of GMT parts were calculated, based on non-isothermal crystallization model. The effects of mold temperature and the part thickness on cooling and crystallization processes were considered. Simulation results agreed well with the experimental data. The proper mold temperature should be about 80°C, and the mean crystallinity of the resin should be controlled within the range of 0.51-0.55.
