摘 要:R2 90具有较高的汽化潜热和较大的容积制冷量 ,它的ODP、GWP都为零 ,是一种优秀的绿色天然环保工质 ,因而倍受欧洲人的重视 ,在欧洲使用R2 90的空调器、电冰箱总量已超过 10 0 0万台。然而因其具有可燃性而遭美国、日本的抵制 ,在我国也存在较大的分歧。为此我们对R2 90的可燃性、相容性和经济性进行了实验和分析 ,发现R2 90的燃烧和爆炸需要 2个条件 ,即与空气的混和浓度要在 2 .5 %~8.9%之间 ,温度在 810℃以上。在机组运行过程中 ,2个小概率事件同时出现的概率几乎为零 ,因此 ,只要在设计和运行中采用必要的防范措施 ,在制冷机组中使用R2 90为工质同样是安全的。Propane(R290), a green refrigerant,which has high latent heat of vaporization and large volume refrigerant capacity,zero Ozone_Depleting potential(ODP) and negligible global warming potential (GWP),is receiving more and more researchers' attention especially in European countries.More than 10 million residential air_conditioners and refrigerators are using R290 as refrigerant in European countries. Unfortunately it is not accepted in the United States and Japan for its problem of flammability.There are also many different ideas about this refrigerant in our country. Therefore, experiments and analysis are made from these aspects of flammability,compatibility and earning,which shows that the flaming and explosion of R290 need two conditions. One is that mixing consistence of R290 and air should be 2.8%~8.5%,the other is that the temperature should above 810 ℃. During the process of the machine's running,the probability that the two conditions appear simultaneousty is very low.In this case,using of R290 in large scale refrigerant system is safe if necessary precautions are observed in its design and operation.
