摘 要:采用两相催化新技术制备庚醛至十七碳醛。研究出使用水溶性铑膦络合催化体系(RhCl_3·H_2O-TPPTS-H_2O-C_2H_5OH)的氢甲酰化反应适宜条件,使得烯烃转化率和生成醛的选择性均大于90%。反应后产物与催化剂用简单相分离法达到很好的分离效果,催化剂重复使用情况良好。在反应体系中加入一定量的乙醇可以使催化活性大为提高。Two-phase catalytic technology was used for preparation of hepta- to heptadecyl aldehydes. Suitable hydroformylation conditions using water-soluble rhodium complex system 'RhCl_3·3H_2O-TPPTS-H_2O-C_2H_5OH'as catalyst were found. Conversion of olefins and selectivity to aldehydes is higher than 90%. The problem concerning separation of the catalyst from aldehydes can easily be solved by means of phase separation. The separated catalyst were reused with satisfactory results. The addition of certain amount of ethylalcohol to the reaction system can predominantly increase catalytic activity.
