摘　　要：本文论述了在环境规划研究工作中带有普遍性一些问题作者的观点。其中包含有环境规划内容、性质、待点、方法等。正确处理与经济发展战略、城市总体规划的关系,提出了城市环境规划改革方向——城市生态建设规划的内容和特点。Some general problems in the research of environment planning including content, nature, characteristics and methods used in environment planning, are discussed in this paper. How to correctly handle the relation ship between environment planning and the economic development strategy, as well as overall urban planning is also discussed. The content and characteristics of urban ecological construction planning, which is the orientation of urban environment planning reformation, are proposed.
