摘 要:研究了丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂(ACR)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)加工性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,PVC/ACR配比为100/6~100/8时,共混体系的冲击强度明显提高,而且塑化行为改善,最大和最小扭矩都较高。由扫描电镜可观察到,由于ACR颗粒与PVC基体之间有较大的模量差异,致使ACR成为应力集中点,诱发银纹和剪切带,吸收冲击能量,提高了PVC的韧性。The effect of the impact modifier acrylic rubber(ACR) on the impact resistance and processing property of PVC was studied. For use of ACR with 6 to 8 per cent, not only the impact strength of PVC was raised sharply, but its plasticizing behavior were improved, and the smallest and the biggest torque were also higher. Modification mechanism is because of the great difference in the module between ACR and PVC, ACR played a role as slress concentrating point, and led to a lot of crazes and shear bands, which absorb impact energy to raise the impact strength.
