摘  要:目的 优选无热冷配制乳膏剂的基质组成及工艺条件。方法 以乳膏剂的稳定性及外观性状为考察指标 ,用正交设计法 ,以基质配比、乳化剂添加量和搅拌方式为可变因素 ,选用L9(34 )表进行实验。结果 最优的基质组成及工艺是 :植物油10 .0g、液体石蜡 8.0g、甘油 5 .0g、多羟基酰胺 1.5~ 2 .0g、聚多糖复合物 2 .5~ 3 .0g,高剪切混合乳化机搅拌 10min。结论 按此法制备的乳膏剂符合中国药典 2 0 0Aim To optimize matrix composition and technology for prepared cream in room temperature.Methods The stability and appearance properties of the cream was the evaluating target,orthogonal design method was used.Matrix composition, added capacity of emulsifiers and way of mixing were selected as variable factors and table L 9(3 4) was used to do experiment.Results The optimum matrix composition and technology were: vegetable oil 10.0g,liquid paraffin 8.0g,glycerine 5.0g,polyhydric amide 1.5~2.0g,polysaccharide complex 2.5~3.0g.It was mixed for 10 minutes with high-speed cutting emulsifier.Conclusion The cream prepared by this kind of composition and technology accord with the stipulation of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2000).
