摘　　要：目的　建立HPLC法测定复氯培霜中丙酸氯倍他索含量。方法　以十八烷基硅烷健合硅胶为填充剂 ,甲醇 -水 (74∶2 6 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 40nm。结果　丙酸氯倍他索在 0 .0 0 90 2～ 0 .0 6 3 1mm·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ;6次测定的平均回收率为 10 1.3 % ,RSD 为 0 .70 %。结论　本法可用于测定复氯培霜中丙酸氯倍他索的含量 。Aim To establish a method using HPLC for the determination of clobetasol propionate in Fulupei cream.Methods The assay was conducted on a NULA-C 18 (150×4.6mm)column with methonal-water (74∶26) as mobil phase. The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results Satisfactory linearity and accuracy were obtained with the recovery (n=6) 101.3% (RSD±0.7%).Conclusion The HPLC method can be used for the determination of clobetasol propionate in Fulupei cream.
