复方鱼腥草口服液对辐射损伤小鼠机体抗应激功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察复方鱼腥草口服液对辐射损伤小鼠应激功能的影响。方法　将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、刺五加阳性对照组、复方鱼腥草口服液 2 1.5、10 .75g·kg-12个剂量组 ,ig ,15d ,60 Coγ射线致伤。通过抗疲劳、耐寒和耐缺氧实验 ,观察辐射对小鼠抗应激功能的影响。结果　复方鱼腥草口服液 2 1.5、10 .75g·kg-1比单纯接受照射的动物存活时间均显著延长(p <0 .0 1)。结论　复方鱼腥草口服液对辐射损伤小鼠的机体具有明显增强抵抗力 (抗应激功能 )Aim To investigate the effect of Co Herba houttuyniae oral liquid to stress function of radiation injured mice. Method The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups which were administrated by ig.Co Herba houttuyniae oral liquid 21.5?10.75g·kg -1 ,NS, radiation injuries model and Aesculus wilsoni Rehd positive control groups.15 days late,the mice were injured by 60 Co γ radiation.With the anti tired,cold resistant and hypoxia resistant tests,we investigated the effect of radiations on the stress function of the mice.Result Co Herba houttuyniae oral liquid can increase the survival time of radiation injured mice significantly (p<0.01).Conclusion Co Herba houttuyniae oral liquid can strengthen the power of resistant (the stress function) of radiation injured mice significantly.
