益心丹片的薄层鉴别及含量测定

摘　　要：目的　制定益心丹片的质量标准。方法　用薄层色谱法鉴别何首乌、丹参、人参、赤芍。用HPLC法测定益心丹片中大黄素的含量 ,选用NucleosilODS分析柱 (4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 - 0 .1%磷酸 (85∶15 ) ,检测波长 2 86nm ,流速为 1.0ml/min ,柱温为室温。结果　范围在 0 .0 4～ 0 .4μg内呈良好的线性关系 r=0 .9998,平均回收率为 98.6 5 % ,RSD 为 1.35 %。结论　其定性定量方法简便、准确 ,专属性强 ,重现性好 。Aim To build up quality standards for Yixindan tablets.Methods The qualitative analyses were carried out with Radix polygoni multiflori, Radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix ginseng, Radix Paeoniae rubria by TLC and qualitative analysis with emodin as an index by HPLC in Yixindan tablets. The HPLC system consisted of Nucleosil ODS column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm).Methanol 0.1% phosphoric acid (85∶15) mixture as mobile phase, with detection at 286nm.Flow rate 1.0ml/min and column temperature at room temperature.Results The linear range was 0.04～0.40μg.(r=0.999 8).The mean recovery was 98.65%,RSD=1.35%.Conclusion The results indicated that methods were simple and sensitive with a good concentration.This study provided a quality control method for Yixindan tablets.
