肺结核化学治疗中易善力保肝作用的观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨易善力在肺结核化学治疗中的保肝作用。方法　选择 2 97例初治涂阴肺结核患者 ,按肝功能及病原学检查分为易善力组 ,常规保肝组及无保肝组 ,观察保肝作用。结果　病原学阴性者三组肝损伤情况基本一致 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,病原学阳性者易善力组肝损伤明显少于常规保肝组及无保肝组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　病原学检查阳性的肺结核患者化学治疗中使用易善力可减少肝损伤。Objective To explore the Essentiale's effects on the liver protection during the medical treatment of tuberculosis.Methods Two hundreds ninety seven smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis cases after an initial treatment of tuberculosis were selected.The effects on the liver protection were compared among three groups: the Essentiale Group which took Essentiale only, the regular treatment group which received a regular treatment, and the control group which took neither Essentiale nor the regular treatment.Results There was no significant difference of hepatic damage among the three groups for those who had HbsAg-negative ( p > .05). However, for those who had HbsAg positive, the liver damage for the Essentiale only group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups (p <.05).Conclusion For HbsAg positive cases, Essentiale can reduce the hepatic damage during the medical treatment of the tuberculosis.
