摘　　要：该文利用现代产权经济学和委托代理理论 ,分析市场经济条件下医院的性质及存在的基本问题 。With modern theory of property rights economics and principal agent theory, this paper analyzed the nature of the hospital and the basic problems under the market economy mechanism. The reform in theory on hospital property rights system was also discussed systematically.
