摘　　要：该文探讨如何缓解由国有产权所导致的医院国有资产管理体制中存在的委托代理问题 ,提出市场经济条件下 ,借鉴现代企业制度改革的经验 ,建立医院投资公司来加强医院国有资产的管理和运营 ,并对其进行可行性分析。This paper discussed how to solve the problem of principal agent in state owned hospital management mechanism which was led by state owned property rights and put forward suggestion of learning the experience of reforming modern enterprise system, of setting up a hospital investment company to strengthen hospital state owned management and operation and of making a feasibility analysis of this creativity.
