摘  要:目的 :观察鼠大脑中动脉不同部位降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)能神经分布特征。方法 :应用免疫组织化学ABC法和神经交点计数法 ,观察 14只SD大鼠大脑的中动脉。结果 :大脑中动脉的近、中、末段均有黑色细线状的CGRP免疫反应阳性神经纤维 ,分布密度以近段明显为高 ,中段和末段依次降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;分布方式近、中和末段分别以环行型、网状型和纵行型为主。结论 :大脑中动脉不同部位CGRP能神经纤维有不同的分布方式和分布密度 。Objective: To study the innervation of calcitonin gene related Peptidergic (CGRP ergic) nerve in the middle cerebral arteries of rats. Methods: immunohistochemical ABC technique and counting number of nerve intersections were used for 14 SD rats. Results: The immunopositive fibers with the black linear structure were observed in the different locations of the middle cerebral artery.The type of CGRP ergic nerve was mainly circular (57.14%) in the proximal of MCA, mostly meshwork (85.71%)in the middle, and mostly longitudinal at the end (85.71%), The density of fibers was the highest in the proximal of MCA and the lowest at the end. Conclusion: Statistical analysis indicates that there is a significant difference of density of fibers between each two locations of MCA and a different distribution characteristic as well. It suggests that the regulation of CGRP ergic nerve might differ in the different location of the middle cerebral artery.
