中药翻白草对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药翻白草对糖尿病大鼠血糖、体重的影响。方法:将造模的大鼠给予翻白草水煎液灌服。结果:与治疗前相比,翻白草组大鼠血糖值显著降低(P<0.01),体重亦显著增加(P<0.01);其血糖降幅显著大于实验对照组(P<0.01),但其体重增加幅度与实验对照组无差别(P>0.05)。结论:中药翻白草对糖尿病具有良好的治疗效果。In this research, we observed the effects of blood sugar of diabetic rats by Potentilla discolor Bunge (PDB). The results showed that blood sugar and weight of the PDB group decreased significantly(compared with the blood-sugar of the same group at time before treatment), and blood sugar of the PDB group decreased significantly compared with the glibenclamide group. These results suggest that PDB can decrease significantly blood sugar of diabetic rats.
