摘　　要：健脾膨化剂具有促进机体特异性体液免疫功能的作用,可使抗体形成细胞(PFC)数明显增高,能促进ConA刺激小白鼠脾细胞的增殖,使cpm殖升高,增加淋巴细胞的转化。Jianpi extender was beneficial to mice in following aspects. It enhanced the function of humoral immunity, increased the number of plaque forming cells, improved the proliferation of spleen cells and promoted lymphocyte transformation.
