肺部疾病网织红细胞相关参数的观察

摘　　要：目的观察无贫血的肺部疾病网织红细胞及相关参数,探讨促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin;Epo)增高的非贫血疾病的网织红细胞的变化。方法应用ADVIA120血细胞分析系统测定肺部疾病患者的网织红细胞绝对值(Retic#)、网织红细胞百分比(Retic%)、未成熟网织红细胞(IRF=HRF+MRF)三个指标,与健康体检者相比较。结果肺部疾病患者的未成熟网织红细胞与健康人相比增高,并且有非常显著的意义,而网织红细胞绝对值(Retic#)、网织红细胞百分比(Retic%)无显著差异。结论无贫血的肺部疾病未成熟网织红细胞增高。Objective To detect the reticulocyte's parameters in nonanaemic pa-tients with pulmonary disease,and to study the changes of reticulocytes in nonanaemic diseases which have elevated EPO levels.Methods Absolute reticulo-cyte count,reticulocyte%and the immature reticulocyte fraction(IRF)in nonanaemic patients with pulmonary disease were detected by ADVIA120blood analyzer,and compared with these in normal subjects for control.Result It was showed that the immature reticulocyte fraction(IRF)in patients with pulmonary disease was signifi-cantly higher than that of normal subjects,but not differences in Absolute reticulo-cyte count ?reticulocyte%.Conclusions the immature reticulocyte fraction(IRF)in nonanaemic pulmonary diseases was increased.
