雀斑苯酚化学剥脱术远期疗效

摘　　要：目的 :研究雀斑苯酚化学剥脱术后远期疗效。方法 :随机抽查雀斑苯酚化学剥脱术后 3～ 14年的病例 ,每年信访问卷调查 10 0例 (共 110 0例 ) ,并进行统计分析。结果 :雀斑苯酚化学剥脱术后 ,色素沉着发生率 86% ,其中色素沉着轻中度占 87%。术后色素消退时间 :4 6%在术后 3～ 6个月消退。术后皮肤弹性好、色泽佳、皱纹少占 85 %。术后雀斑的复发率 :无复发 2 7% ,轻度复发 60 %。术后满意率 :个人满意率达 93 %、他人满意率达 92 %。结论 :雀斑苯酚化学剥脱术后 ,远期皮肤弹性好、色泽佳、皱纹少 ,这种改变具有永久的美容效果。故苯酚化学剥脱术是目前治疗雀斑较好的方法之一。To study the longtime curative effect of freckle using chemical peeling with phenol Methods:We selected 100 patients randomly per 3～14 years after chemical peeling with phenol(totally 1100 cases)and analysised them using statistic method Results:Pigmentation rate after chemical peeling with phenol was 86% Among these patients,light and medial pigmentation rate was 87% Pigmentation subsiding time:46% pigmentation disappeared 3～6 months after operation 85%patients had hteir skin elasticty become better,wrinkle become fewer,skincolor and luster become nicer Post operation freckle recurrence rate:27% patients had no freckle recurrence,and 60% patients had minor recurrence Post oreration satisfactory rate:Self satisfactory and chiefly satisfactory rate were 93%;other people satisfactory and chiefly satisfactory rate were 92% Conclusion: In the long run ,post operation patients have better skin elasticity,nicer skin color and luster,and fewer wrinkles This alteration has everlasting cosmetic effect Phenol chemical peeling is the best way to treat freckle
