摘  要:目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)对急性出血坏死性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺血流、血栓素和前列环素的作用。方法 :80只大鼠随机分为正常组 (A组 )、胰腺炎对照组 (B组 )、NO合成酶抑制剂组 (C组 )、NO治疗组 (D组 ) ,观察其胰腺组织血流量和灌注量 ,检测血浆血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6 酮 前列素T1α(PGF1α)值和TXB2 /PGF1α比值的变化。结果 :B、C两组胰腺血流量和胰组织灌注量明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;TXB2 值升高 ,PGF1α值下降 ,两者比例失调 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;D组则接近正常 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :NO调节急性胰腺炎大鼠TXB2 /PGF1α平衡 ,提高胰腺组织血流量和灌注量 。Objective:To investigate the effect of the nitric oxide on the thromboxane A\-2\,prostacylin and pancreatic blood flow of rat acute pancreatitis.Methods:Rats( n =80) were randomly divided into four groups.Group A were normal rats,Group B were treated with saline,group C with N nitro L arginine,and group D with nitric oxide,then the blood samples were taken for assays.Results:Pancreatic blood flow and pancreatic tissue perfusion were decreased( P <0.01),TXB\-2 had a higher degree,PGF 1α had a low degree and TXB\-2/PGF 1α were significantly reduced in B and C group( P <0.001),while those in group D were normal or nearly normal.Conclusions:The imbalance between TXA\-2 and prostacyclin might be related to the nitric oxide.Nitric oxide can improve the pancreatic blood flow and pancreatic microcirculation.
