萎胃散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察萎胃散对慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)及肠上皮化生、异型增生的临床疗效并进行实验研究。方法 :选择经胃镜加病理检查确诊的 CAG患者 2 0 0例进行分组对照治疗 ,其中萎胃散治疗组 135例 ,胃复春对照组6 5例。同时对大鼠 CAG模型 ,分别进行萎胃散治疗与氯化钠溶液灌胃 ,观察比较胃粘膜固有腺体萎缩程度。结果 :CAG萎胃散治疗组总有效率为 77.0 4 % ,胃复春对照组总有效率为 6 6 .15 % ,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ;对肠上皮化生、异型增生也有改善作用 ,但与对照组比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。实验研究表明 ,胃萎散治疗组的 CAG病变数量明显减少 ,病理检查可见腺体恢复正常。结论 :胃萎散治疗 CAG有明显的效果 。Objective: To study the clinical and experimental effects of Weiwei powder (WWP) in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), intestinal metaplasia (IM) and dysplasia (Dys). Methods: 200 cases of CAG diagnosed through gastroscopy and pathologic examination were divided into two groups:135 cases in the treatment group took WWP orally while 65 cases in the control group took Weifuchun (WFC) tablet. At the same time, the rats with CAG were divided into two groups at random, and given WWP and saline respectively. The atrophic extent of the gastric mucosa gland was observed.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.04 % and that of the control group 66.15% with the difference between them being significant (P<0.01). However,in controlling LM and Dys the difference between the two groups was not significant (P >0.05). The results of the experiment showed that the number of CAG was decreased obviously and the gland body rehabilitated in the treatment group.Conclusion:WWP has obvious effect in the treatment of CAG and can improve the pathological changes in the precancerous lesions.
