活血通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后麻木综合征临床观察

摘　　要：应用活血通络汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后麻木综合征 6 0例 ,以采用VitB1 和芬必得治疗的 2 8例作为对照组 ,以术后患肢麻木、疼痛和肌力减弱的改善情况为指标观察其临床疗效。结果显示 ,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。说明活血通络汤能够促进神经传导功能的恢复 。Sixty cases of postoperative anaesthesia syndrome in prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were treated by 'HUO XUE TONGLUO TANG', and compared with twenty eight cases of the control group. The difference of therapeudic effect between two groups wasobserved with the changes of anaesthesic?pain and myodynamia. The results showed that the effect between two groups was observed with the changes of anaesthesia?pain and myodynamia. The results showed that the effect on the treated group was significantly better than that of the control( P<0.01 ).These explain that 'HUOXUE TONGLUO TANG'has an exact therapeutic effect on the syndrome and can improve the nerve role. Through clinical observation and literature, the characteristic and pathogenesis of the syndrome were discussed.
