冷烫精和摩丝的胚胎毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨冷烫精和摩丝的胚胎毒性。方法 :用两种美发剂的不同剂量 (10 0 0mg/kg、10 0mg/kg)对昆明小鼠孕期 6 - 14d进行灌胃染毒 ,观察孕鼠及胎鼠的生长发育结局 ,以蒸馏水为阴性对照 ,以VitA为阳性对照。结果 :冷烫精 10 0 0mg/kg、10 0mg/kg组的孕鼠体重增加 (14.0 3± 7.90g、17.6 6± 2 .6 0g)、活胎率 (73.79%、85 .16 % )、仔鼠身长 (2 .12± 0 .2 3cm、2 .2 3± 0 .17cm)、仔鼠尾长 (1.0 4± 0 .12cm、1.0 9± 0 .12cm)和仔鼠体重 (1.14± 0 .17g、1.31± 0 .15g)明显低于阴性对照组 (2 2 .2 9± 2 .0 7g、96 .43%、2 .36± 0 .14cm、1.2 2± 0 .0 9cm、1.43± 0 .10g) (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;而吸收和死胎总率 (2 6 .2 1%、14.84% )、10 0 0mg/kg组外部畸形率 (7.48% )和骨骼畸形率 (15 .0 7% )显著高于阴性对照组 (3.75 %、0 %、0 .0 9% ) (P <0 .0 1)。摩丝 10 0 0mg/kg、10 0mg/kg组的活胎率 (77.5 8%、86 .30 % )、仔鼠身长 (2 .15± 0 .2 1cm、2 .2 2± 0 .13cm)、仔鼠尾长 (1.0 9± 0 .16cm、1.11± 0 .12cm)和仔鼠体重(1.2 1± 0 .10g、1.31± 0 .11g)明显低于阴性对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;但吸收和死胎总率 (2 2 .42 %、13.70 % )、10 0 0mg/kg组外部畸形率(4 .6 9% )TheThe aim was to study the embryotoxicity effect of perm lotion and mousse in mice. Methods:the mice on sensitive period of teratogenicity were treated with different dose perm lotion and mousse respectively throughout gestation for 9 days. Vit A was used as positive control group and distilled water as negative control group. The general status of dams and fetus were observed. Results:In 1000mg/kg, 100mg/kg perm lotion group, the dam weight gain (14.03±7.90g,17.66±2.60g),the live embryo rate (73.79%,85.16%),the body length of fetus (2.12±0.23cm,2.23±0.17cm),the tail length of fetus (1.04±0.12cm,1.09±0.12cm),and the body weight of fetus (1.14±0.17g,1.31±0.15g) were lower than that in the negative control group (22.29±2.07g,96.43%,2.36±0.14cm,1.22±0.09cm,1.43±0.10g) (P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the absorption and death embryo rate (26.21%,14.84%) were markedly higher than that in the negative control group (3.75%)(P<0.01),and only in 1000mg/kg perm lotion group the exterior malformation rate (7.48%) and the skeletal malformation rate (15.07%) were markedly higher than the negative control group (0%,0.09%)(P<0.01). On the other hand, in 1000mg/kg and 100 mg/kg mousse group, the live embryo rate (77.58%,86.30%),the body length of fetus (2.15±0.21cm,2.22±0.13cm),the tail length of fetus (1.09±0.16cm,1.11±0.12cm),and the body weight of fetus (1.21±0.10g,1.31±0.11g) were significantly lower than negative control group (P<0.01),but the absorption and death embryo rate (22.42%,13.70%) was significantly higher than the negative control group (P<0.01),and only 1000mg/kg mousse group in the exterior malformation rate (4.69%) was significantly higher than the negative control group (P<0.01). The viscera malformation of fetus showed negative resuly. Conclusion:This result indicated that perm lotion and mousse had embryo-toxicity in mice at this dose level.
