摘　　要：目的　观察电热隔药灸神阙穴在改善老年人自由基代谢紊乱方面的疗效。　 方法　选择≥ 6 0岁老年人 91例 ,分 4组治疗 :电热隔药灸组、传统隔药饼灸组、单纯贴药组、空白对照组。　 结果 　电热隔药灸和传统隔药饼灸均能显著提高红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,降低丙二醛 (MDA)含量。　 结论 　电热隔药灸具有同传统隔药饼灸一样的调整老年人红细胞SOD和MDA水平之作用 。Objective To observe the benefit effect of electric heated moxibustion with prepared Chinese medicine on shenque(RM 8) acu point in improving the elimination of free radical in aged people. Methods Ninety one people over 60 years were separated into four groups. 30 cases were treated with electric heated moxibustion (group A); 16 cases with traditional moxibustion (group B); 30 cases with prepared Chinese medicine only (group C) and 15 cases were untreated (group D). Results The activity of SOD in RBC was increased and the content of MDA was decreased in both group A and B. Conclusions The effect of electric heated moxibustion is just the same as that of traditional moxibustion in regulating the level of SOD, MDA in RBC of aged people to maintain health.
