摘 要:以某电厂国产 6 0 0MW锅炉为原型建立了 1 40的模型 ,利用热线风速仪对炉内流场进行了详细测量。掌握了旋转气流在炉膛高度方向上的耗散规律和气流在屏区的流动规律 ,发现进入屏区的气流带有强烈的残余旋转 ,屏没能对旋转气流进行有效地分割和导流是造成水平烟道中流速偏差的主要原因。针对分析出的原因 ,作者提出了减小流速偏差的 3项措施 :降低进入屏区气流的残余旋转强度 ;改进屏的布置 ,使其更加有效地切割和引导旋转气流 ;In an isothermal model with a 600?MW tangentially fired boiler as its prototype,the velocity field was carefully measured with a hot wire anemometer.The principles of gas flow in the plate zone and dissipation of the swirl along the vertical direction in the furnace were acquired.The residual swirl of gas flow which flows into the panel zone and the function of the plates which can't effectively cut and distribute swirling gas lead to the velocity deviation in the horizontal gas pass.The author presented three measures to decrease the velocity deviation in the horizontal gas pass from the results of the test:decreasing the residual swirl of gas flow which flows into the panel zone;improving the structure of the plates to cut and distribute swirling gas effectively;decreasing the gas velocity in the bottom right conner of the horizontal gas pass.
