摘　　要：针对玻璃油管衬里脱落和普通油管内壁结垢及螺纹损伤等问题,研制了修复旧油管用的喷珠机和除垢机。同时还配备螺纹车床、校直机和拧扣机,使油管修复机具配套并形成生产线。生产应用表明,整套生产线工艺合理,产品质量好,日修复油管1000m以上,每年可节约300万元。In the light of such problems as the peeling- off of the glass lining from tubing wall, the scale forming in conventional tubings in flooding wells and the damage of tubing threads, a shot peening system and a scale removing system are developed for renovation of used tubings. Threading machine, straightening machine and screw on/off device are also provided with, thereby a production line for tubing renovation is formed. Applications show that-the production line can attain to a high output of good quality. It can renovate more than 1000 meters of tubings per day.
