摘 要:把井架、底座、基础和地基视为整体,地基用压缩层模型,以—40钻机为例,编程电算和现场实测钻机底座基础的不均匀沉降对井架整体稳定的影响,当井架底座不均匀沉降值达10cm时,井架整体稳定系数下降到2左右,建议类似—40等钻机应铺设三条基础,基础不均匀沉降量不应超过10cm。Considering the mast, the substructure, the substructure foundations and the soil bed as a whole, making use of the model of compressible formation, the authors conduct an investigation, by calculation on the computer as well as measurement at the drilling site, in the influence of the unbalanced sinkage of the substructure foundation on the stability of the mast When the unbalance of substructure sinkage reaches 10 centimeters, the stability coefficient of the mast is reduced to 2 or so. The authors recommend to lay three slabs of substructure foundations for such drilling rigs as 40 rig and point out that the unbalance of foundation sinkage should not exceed 10 centimeters.
