摘　　要：目的　分析深圳市实施DOTS策略以来 ,各相关因素对实施效果的影响程度 ,为结核病控制的可持续发展提供技术依据。方法　将各种措施量化后与效果进行典型相关分析。结果　在DOTS策略的各种措施中 ,政府年人均拨款对实施效果影响最大 ,其次为归口管理转诊率和每 3万人口督导点数。结论　重视政府行为 ,加大财政力度 。Objective To analyze the influence of various factors on strategy of DOTS in the tuberculosis control.Methods Using Canonical Correlation Analysis to study the impact of various factors on case-finding and treatment.Results Of all the factors of DOTS strategy,the average of appropriate mo- ney is the factor wich has the largest influence on implement,followed by other two factors,the transfering rate of convergence case-management and average points of supervise network.Conclusion Paying great attention to the action of government in tuberculosis control is very important.
