摘　　要：构建ＷＥＢ数据库是当前信息管理应用的一个热点。本文详细介绍了ＷＥＢ开发新技术ＡＳＰ的基本概 念、工作原理和特点以及利用ＡＳＰ技术访问Ｗｅｂ数据库的方法与技巧，然后介绍了利用这种技术构建Ｗｅｂ期刊 信息数据库的要点。Construction Web database is a hot topic in the area of information management application. In this paper, we in detail discuss the basic concepts. working principle and characteristic of ASP which is a new technology on Web developing, then introduce the methods and technique of accessing to Web database with ASP, finally we give out the key to the construction of Web periodical information database by using ASP.
