摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF Ⅰ )是人体最重要的一类生长因子 ,除参与机体生长发育、细胞分化外 ,还在蛋白代谢方面具有独特的调节作用。IGF Ⅰ加强蛋白质的合成 ,血清IGF Ⅰ水平可反映机体氮平衡的变化。现就最新资料 ,对IGF Ⅰ调节蛋白质代谢方面作用作一综述。Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-Ⅰ) is one of the most important growth factors in the human.All experimental data indicate IGF-Ⅰ involved in the growth process and cellular differentiation.On the other hand,IGF-Ⅰ has also played a great role in regulation of protein metabolism.Serum IGF-Ⅰ levels appear to be a good indicator in nitrogen balance.In this article,the recent data on protein metabolism of IGF-Ⅰ are reviewed.
