清开灵滴丸治疗感冒临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 :为研究清开灵滴丸治疗感冒的临床疗效。方法 :10 5例感冒患者随机分为治疗组 (n =70例　口服清开灵滴丸治疗 )、对照组 (n =35例　口服清开灵胶囊治疗 )。从临床症状 ,体征 ,化验检查评价两组疗效。结果 :治疗组退热时间短 ,症状体征消失较快 ,总有效率为 81 4 3% (5 7/ 70 ) ,与对照组总有效率 5 7 14% (2 0 / 35 )相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :清开灵滴丸治疗感冒较优于清开灵胶囊 ,且临床未发现明显毒副作用。Objective:To study clinic curative effect of the qingkailing guttate pill on a cold.Methods:105 patients with a cold were divided two groups randomly:the test group(n=105,treated with qingkailing guttate pill),the control group(n=35,treated with qingkailing capsule).Two groups clinic curative effect were studied from clinic symptoms,signs and chemical examination.Results:The time of defervescence of the test group were short and disappearance of symptoms and signs of the test group were rapid.The overall curative efficiency of the test group was 81.43 per cent and the overall efficiency of the control group was 57.14 per cent.Statistical analysis revealed they had significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:The qingkailing guttate pill not only excels the qingkailing capsule in clinic curative effect,but also had no toxicity actions.
