聚维酮碘在四肢开放骨折清创中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨聚维酮碘 (皮维碘 )溶液在开放骨折中的应用。方法　分析自 1996年 9月以来用该溶液清创的开放骨折 94例共 10 3处细菌培养阳性的临床资料。结果　本组深部感染率为 6 .8% ,用聚维酮碘前、后创面的菌落数 (CFU / cm2 )明显降低 ,且 0 .5 %～ 1%浓度对革兰阴、阳性细菌均有较好的杀灭作用 ,对伤口生长和骨折愈合均无明显影响 ,大剂量、短时间应用对肝、肾及甲状腺功能均无明显影响。结论　聚维酮碘在开放骨折清创中应用安全有效。OBJECTIVE To explore value of povidone iodine (PVP Ⅰ) in debridement of open fractures.METHODS Data of 94 cases with 103 open fractures of extremity debridement with povidone iodine were analysed since Sept of 1996.RESULTS CFU of postdebridement was much lower than that of predebridement, 0.5 1% PVP Ⅰ is effective to both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. There was no obvious influence of PVP Ⅰ solution on the wound and fracture healing, and on the function of the liver, kidney and thyroid gland.CONCLUSIONS PVP Ⅰ is effective and safe in debridement of open fractures of extremity.
