核因子-κB在两种实验性胰腺炎时表达的意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨核因子 -κB在水肿型及坏死型胰腺炎时胰腺组织中的表达情况。方法　制作大鼠水肿型及坏死型胰腺炎模型 ,采用免疫组化的方法测定胰腺组织中核因子 -κB的表达 ,并应用正常大鼠作对照组。结果　对照组核因子 -κB无表达 ,从水肿型组到坏死型组 ,核因子 -κB表达明显增强 ,且三组之间有明显差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　水肿型胰腺炎较坏死性胰腺炎核因子 -κB表达强度明显减弱 ,可能是由于水肿型胰腺炎时存在着细胞凋亡的保护机制。Objective To investigate the expression levels of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) on acute edematous pancreatitis (AEP) and acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) Methods The models of AEP and ANP were created in rats.The expression levels of NF-κB in pancreas tissue were observed with inmmunohistochemistry and normal rats were used as control group.Results From AEP group to ANP group,the expression levels of NF-κB were obviously enhancing.But to control group there was no expression of NF-κB.The difference among the expression levels of NF-κB in three groups had significance.Conclusion The expression levels of NF-κB on AEP group are milder than that on ANP group.The reason of that might be the protection of cell apoptosis in AEP group.
