小于4岁先天性心脏病患儿急诊手术41例临床报告

摘　　要：目的　探讨婴幼儿先天性心脏病急诊手术原因及疗效。方法　收集我院外科 1 998年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 1 1月收治的 41例小于 4岁的患儿资料 ,分析急诊心脏手术的原因及手术效果。结果41例患儿中 ,法鲁四联症 2 5例 ,房间隔缺损合并肺动脉瓣狭窄 5例 ,完全型肺静脉异位引流 4例 ,大动脉转位 2例 ,室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压 3例 ,三尖瓣闭锁合并室间隔缺损 1例 ,室间隔缺损合并右室赘生物 1例。院内手术死亡 7例 ,死亡率 1 7 1 %。结论　病情危重、内科治疗效果不佳的先天性心脏病患儿接受急诊手术治疗 。Objective To study the indication and results of emergency cardiac operation in children under 4 years old Methods Review and analyze the emergency cardiac operation performed on 41 children under 4 years old from January 1998 to November 2000 Results There were 25 cases of tetralogy of Fallot, 5 of atrial septal defect with pulmonary valve stenosis, 4 of total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage, 2 of translocation of great artery, 3 of ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertension, 1 of tricuspid atresia with ventricular septal defect , 1 of ventricular septal defect with vegetation 7 cases died in hospital The operative mortatility was 17 1% Conclusion The emergency surgery for children with congenital heart diseases may achieve satisfactory results, especially for those severe patients refractory to medical treatment
