摘　　要：首次报道了柔弱短指软珊瑚SinulariatenellaLi的 3个主要的西松烯二萜内酯 :dihydroflexibilide ( 1 ) ,flexibilide ( 2 )和sinulariolide ( 3 )的分离和体外抗肿瘤活性。这 3个化合物都显示出较强的抗肿瘤活性。Dihydroflexibilide (1), flexibilide (2), sinulariolide (3), these three cembrenolide diterpenoids were isolated from marine soft coral Sinularia tenellaLi for the first time. Their in vitro cytotoxicities on five human carcinoma cell lines were studied and reported for the first time. These three compounds all exhibited strong antitumor activities.
