摘  要:从微乳液形成的机理出发 ,阐述了目前存在的微乳液形成的几种理论研究与结构测定的技术 ,微乳体系的配方设计 ;论述了微乳系统在石油工业、生物医药及食品工业、日用化工、化学工业、新材料制备、环境保护等领域的应用现状 ,并对微乳系统的应用进行了展望。In this article, the mechanics of microemulsion and the present several theory researches and the technology of structure analysis, as well as the compounding design were discribed. The application status of microemulsion in the field of petroleum industry, biologic, medical and food industry, industrial consumer goods, chemical engineering, preparation of new materials, environmental protection and other fields were discussed. Finally, the potential application of microemulsion system was also prospected.
