摘　　要：在深入分析化工过程机械制造企业的产销特性和制造流程特性的基础上 ,分析得到了化工过程机械敏捷制造系统的框架 ,并就“敏捷供需链”、“产品数据管理”和“制造执行系统”等 3个子系统具体论述了如何提高企业的“敏捷性”Based on the careful analysis of the manufacture sale and manufacture process characteristics of chemical process machinery,a framework of agile manufacturing system was given,and it was concretely described on how to promote the agility of three branches,i.e,agile supply chain management,product data management,manufacturing executive system.
