低温220重负荷工业齿轮油的研制

摘　　要：根据国内低温重负荷工业齿轮油的发展现状和市场需求情况 ,确定了油品的研制依据 :以GB 5 90 3- 1995为标准进行配方研制和配方优化。试验结果表明 :研制的低温重负荷工业齿轮油具有优异的承载能力 ,良好的剪切稳定性 ,良好的氧化安定性和低温流动性。The developing route of industrial gear oil under low-temperature and heavy-duty was decided according to its domestic developing status and market trend.This formulation was developed and screened out taking GB5903-1995 as standard.The test results showed the formulated oil possessed high load-carrying ability, excellent shear stability and oxidative stability,as well as low temperature fluidity.
