摘  要:采用两步法制得了胶乳型互穿聚合物网络聚二甲基硅氧烷 /聚丙烯酸丁酯 (LIPNPDMS/PBA)。首先 ,以八甲基环四硅氧烷、γ -甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为原料 ,制成交联聚二甲基硅氧烷 (PDMS) ;第二步 ,溶胀在PDMS中的丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)聚合 ,即得LIPNPDMS/PBA。考察了第二步反应中乳化剂对乳胶粒形态和尺寸及乳液聚合稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,在BA聚合过程中 ,适时补加适量乳化剂可极大地改善乳液聚合的稳定性及乳胶粒的形态和尺寸。The latex interpenetrating polymer networks of polydimethylsiloxane/polybutylacrylate(LIPN PDMS/PBA)was obtained by two stage method.First,Cross linked polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was prepared with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, γ propyl methacrylic trimethoxysiloxane and vinyl triethoxysiloxane.Second,LIPN PDMS/PBA was obtained by the polymerization of butyl acrylate(BA)swelled in cross linked PDMS.The effects of emulsifier on the morphology and size of the latex particles and the stability of emulsion polymerization in second stage were investigated.The results showed that the morphology and size of the latex particles and the stability of the emulsion polymerization were improved by adding the right amount emulsifier opportunely during the polymerization of BA.
