摘 要:G级油井水泥颗粒粒径较大,限制了其在某些特殊作业中的应用。通过调整G级水泥熟料的化学组成和物理性能,生产出一种新型的超细水泥,该超细水泥平均粒径小于5μm,最大不超过10μm。能够渗入到常规水泥达不到的区域。室内对超细水泥浆不同水灰比下流动度与析水量的变化、流变性、不同添加剂加量下水泥浆性能、温度对初凝时间的影响等进行了实验研究,确定了在45℃时超细水泥用于堵水作业的最佳配比:水灰比为1.3:1,添加剂加量为2%,此时水泥浆具有较强稳定性和较好流动性,初凝时间约为5h、抗压强度为4.21 MPa,可满足现场注入要求。在大庆油田采油八厂18井进行超细水泥堵水报废作业,获得了成功。The use of conventional Grade G cement is limited in some particular operations because of its larger grain size, thus a new fine paniculate cement with average grain size of smaller than 5 μm and 10μm of the largest, is developed by adjusting the chemical composition and physical property of Grade G cement blend. The mobility, water precipitation and rheological property of cement slurry under different water-to-cement ratio, as well as how the slurry performance and temperature influence the initial setting time under different additive dosage are investigated experimentally. The optimal mixing in 45 C is determined, i. e. , water-to-cement ratio is 1. 3/1. additive dosage is 2%. Better stability and mobility are achieved, and the initial setting time and compressing strength is 5 h and 4. 21 MPa respectively, which can meet the field injection requirements. It is successfully used in the water shut-off abondenment of well-18 in Daqing oilfield.
