摘  要:生物毒性实验结果表明,大庆油田常用的钾基聚合物钻井液和两性复合离子聚合物钻井液无可检测毒性,但毒性组分和有害项目测试结果表明,它们均有潜在的毒性危害,必须进行处理。研究了废弃钻井液固化剂和固化工艺,提出固化剂配方为(5%~15%)疏松剂+(5%-18%)硬化剂+(1%-10%)吸收剂+(1%-3%)破胶剂。评价了固化效果:固化物抗压强度为0.2~1.0 MPa.孔隙度为28%~48%,pH值为7~9.Cl-浓度在2000 mg/L,在清水中浸泡不造浆,不存在再次处理的可能性,表明固化处理后钻井液毒性组分得到很好的牵制,重金属和部分有机物浸出浓度及COD值很大程度地降低,完全达到对环境无害的要求。固化物的孔隙结构与土壤相似,有利于作物根部呼吸和过多水分蒸发及地表水下渗,能够很好地满足土地复耕需要。The biological toxicity tests show that the potassium based polymer drilling fluid and amphoteric ion polymer drilling fluid conventionally used in Daqing oilfield have no detected toxicity, yet they are potentially dangerous and thus must be treated. The solidifying agent of waste drilling fluid is presented, which is consisted of loosing agent (5%-15%), hardening agent (5%-18%), absorbing agent (1%-10%), and gel-breaking agent (1%-3%). The solidifying results are also evaluated, more specifically, the compressing strength of solidified waste is 0. 2-1. 0 MPa, permeability is 28%-48%, pH value is 7-9, and Cl-concentration is 200 mg/L. No mud making is discovered after fresh water socking, and the leaking concentration of heavy metal and some organic matters, as well as COD value are remarkably reduced. The solidified waste has similar structure with that of the soil, and it is good for the growing of vegetations.
