摘　　要：介绍了ISO/TC6 7第 2 1届年会组织概况及会议重要决议 ;对TC6 7石油工业国际标准化的发展进步、标准制定数量和速度、各成员国采标方法和经验 ,以及相关国际组织工作动态等作了集中评述 ;在对比分析的基础上就ISO/TC6 7中国国内归口管理 ,石油工业标准化 (SY)工作与国际接轨 ,标准化与电子化 ,管材标准与国际组织同期审议等提出了建议。An introduction is made of the organization of the 21st Annual conference of ISO/TC67 and the important resolutions.A general review is made of the progress achieved in international standardization for oil industry,the number and rate of standards developed,the ways and experience in adopting international standards by the number countries,and the new trends in the work of standardization in relevant international bodies.On the basis of contrastive analysis,some suggestions are proposed on the specialized management of ISO/TC67 in China,the conforming to international practices regarding the standardization in oil industry,the question of standardization and electronization,tubing standards and synchronic assessment by international organizations.
