冠心病介入诊疗术前护理的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究冠心病介入诊疗术前护理。方法　将行冠心病介入诊疗的病人 145例 ,根据手术的先后顺序随机分为干预组 95例 ,对照组 5 0例 ,以 2组病人的血压、脉搏、焦虑值作为观察指标。结果　经统计学分析 ,2组病人的心率、焦虑值、术后排尿困难的发生率、术后平均住院天数差别均具有非常显著的意义。结论　冠心病介入诊疗术前护理干预能促进手术的顺利进行 ,减少术后并发症。Objective to observe preoperational nursing in interventional diagnosis and treatment for the patients with coroary heart disease.Methods 145 patients were randomly grouped into the observational group(n=95cases) and control group(n=50cases). Blood pressure , heart rate and anxiety were measured.Results There were significant differences in heart rates, dysuria after operation and average hospital stays.Conclusion Preoperational nursing management in interventional diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease may reduce the incidence of the postopertional complications.
