金线莲种子诱导成苗的研究

摘　　要：诱导金线莲Anoectochilus roxburghii种子萌发成原球茎的适宜培养基是Knudson C,萌发率约60％;促使原球茎分化成苗的适宜培养基是Knudson C+6-BA0.5 mg/L+马铃薯提取物20％,成苗率可达51％。This experiment showed that the best medium for protocorm inducement from seed of Anoectochilus roxburghii was Knudson C,the suitable medium for protocorm growing to young plant was Knudson C + 6-BA0.5 mg/L + 20% extract of potato.The reproductive rate of seed can achieve 51 %.
