摘  要:本文通过胜利蜡油在小型提升管催化裂化装置上试验,考察了超稳 Y(USY)型催化剂再生后碳含量对催化裂化性能的影响,结果表明:USY 催化剂再生后焦炭主要分布在USY 分子筛的酸性中心上,引起裂化活性下降;随着再生剂碳含量降低,汽油产率提高,干气及焦炭产率下降,汽油辛烷值损失不大。USY 再生剂碳主要影响活性及选择性,对产品性质影响较小,所以,工业生产使用 USY 催化剂时,一定要完全再生,尽可能使再生剂碳含量小于0.05m%,从而提高汽油辛烷值桶,增加装置的经济效益。The catalytic performance of USY catalyst with different regenerated car- bon level was tested with Shengli VGO cracking on a continuous laboratoryFCC unit.The tests show that most of the coke is preferentially deposited onthe zeolite and that this coke is the last to be removed during regeneration.With the increase of regenerated catalyst carbon level,the acid sites and acti-vity decrease,dry gas,C_3~C_4 and coke yield increase,gasoline yield decreases,but RON and MON of gasoline increase very slightly.These resolutes suggestthat,in industrial FCCU,carbon on USY catalyst should be removed as com-plete as possible during regeneration in order to improve activity and sele-ctivity,so that to enhance the octane-barrel for higher profit.
