马蹄莲细菌性软腐病菌的鉴定

摘　　要：从美国进口马蹄莲种球种植后发生较多的软腐病 ,从病叶上分离到一种引起软腐症状的病原细菌。该病原菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌 ,兼性厌气 ,鞭毛周生 2～ 6根 ,接触酶阳性 ,氧化酶阴性 ,能引起马铃薯和大白菜软腐。经致病性、形态特征、培养特征、生理生化和Biolog测试 ,鉴定为Erwiniacarotovorasubsp .carotovora。Bacterial soft rot disease occurred in ptanted Zantedeschia imported from USA.Three isolates of bacteria obtained from diseased Zantedechia leaf were examined for their pathogenicity,morphological,physiological and biochemical properties.The results demonstrated that all isolates were Gram negative,facultatively anaerobic,oxidase negative,catalase positive,motile by means of 2-6 periphyral flagella and can cause potato and Chinese cabbage soft rot.The bacteria was identified as Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora.
