摘 要:目的探讨稀土矿区婴幼儿头发中稀土元素分布特征。方法使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP_MS)对稀土矿区和对照区各10例婴幼儿发样进行15种稀土元素水平测定 ,研究某离子吸附型轻稀土矿区居住的0~3岁婴幼儿头发中稀土元素的暴露水平及其分布特征。结果婴幼儿发中15种稀土元素均可检出 ,矿区小儿头发中稀土总量及15种稀土元素含量均为矿区显著高于对照区(P<0.001)。进行球粒陨石标准化后 ,发现二区小儿头发中、寻乌矿体和江西土壤的四条稀土分布曲线(La/Yb)N 均大于1、呈轻稀土富集型的稀土元素分布模式 ,且各曲线的稀土元素之间的分馏情况也相似 ,有Ce和Eu的负异常。其中矿区小儿发中稀土Ce的负异常程度接近稀土矿体 ,对照区Ce的负异常程度(0.89)接近江西土壤 (1.00)。结论进入机体的稀土元素仍基本符合偶数变化规律 ;Objective To study the distribution pattern of rare earth elements (REEs) in hair of young children. Methods REEs level and distribution pattern in hair of young children aged 0~30 months in RE ore area were studied. All the lanthanide elements were determined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP_MS) in 20 hair samples of young children aged 0_3yrs, 10 samples from RE ore area and 10 samples as controls from Xunwu county, Jiangxi, China. Results 15 kinds of REEs in each sample were all detected. There were significant differences between higher children's hair REEs levels of RE ore area and those lower levels of control site (P<0.001). After the concentrations of REEs in children's hair in ore area, of hair in control area, of soil in ore area, of soil in Jiangxi were all chondrite_normalized, it was found that in all the four pattern curves (La/Yb)N was higher than 1,the distribution pattern of four curves with light REE accumulated and similar distribution patterns were noticed. The REE distribution pattern of hair samples in ore area was apparently different from that of hair in control area and that of soil, but was similar to that of ore area., not only in the general shape but also in the slope of the pattern. There were negative abnormalities of Ce and Eu. Small negative Ce abnormality (0.89)in hair samples of control area was similar to that of Jiangxi soil(1.00), and bigger negative Ce abnormality in hair samples of ore area was similar to that of ore soil. Conclusions The concentrations of children's hair and their REE distribution pattern were highly correlated with the environmental REE distribution pattern in accord with the even number variation regularity, and in a certain extent might reflect their residential environmental REE levels.
