摘　　要：目的探讨Fagan测验婴儿智力的正常参考值。方法对辽宁省铁岭、锦州和沈阳市所属区县6 5～14 0月龄315名正常婴儿进行了Fagan婴儿智力测验。结果认知发育指数X≥54 6为发育正常 ;49.9<X<54.6之间为发育迟缓可疑 ;X≤49 9可判为发育迟缓高危险度。结论该方法简便 ,快速 。Objective To explore the normal reference values of infant intelligence in Fagan test of infant Method Fagan test was carried out in 315 healthy infants aged 6.5～14.0 month in Shenyang,Tieling and Jinzhou in Liaoning province.Results Infants with cognitive exponent X≥54.6 might be considered to be normal in development,49.9<X<54.6 suspect retardation in development,X≤49.9 retarted development at high risk.Conclusion This method was simple and quick.It was not only used to assess the intellectual level for the proper infant but also as a clinical intelligent diagnostic device for the individuals at high risk as well as a valid psychological test tool for the research of child health care.
