摘 要:该文通过最近 3个时期的遥感资料分析及灰色模型预测表明 ,四湖地区乱占耕地现象比较严重 ,人地矛盾日趋恶化。虽然该地区自然条件较为优越 ,但土地利用效益差 ,中低产田数量比较大 ,局部地区耕地退化严重。必须采取一方面稳定耕地数量 ,实行耕地总量超平衡 ,同时要努力提高耕地质量 ;水旱轮作 ,增施有机肥 ,种植绿肥或豆科作物。Employing the remote sensing data at three different periods-the middle 1980s, the early and the middle 1990s—and incorporating the gray series model, the main concerns of this literature are devoted to the land utilization in Sihu area and its dynamic changing tendency. The area of cultivated land in Sihu area at the three periods, as indicated in the investigation, has decreased dramatically. From the sustainable perspective, though the physical conditions in Sihu are favorable, the structure of land use in Sihu area is irrational. Problems confronted with Sihu area, such as the low efficiency of land use, cultivated land being occupied and land degradation as well as high proportion of low and middle-yielding land, are very serious. To solve these problems, powerful measures as improving the agroecological environment and the quality of cultivated land must be regulated and put into operation.
