生物反馈放松训练对2型糖尿病患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的 :了解生物反馈放松训练对 2型糖尿病患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群比例的影响。方法 :5 9例 2型糖尿病 (NIDDM )患者随机分为对照和实验两组 ,对照组 (3 2例 )仅用常规糖尿病药物治疗 ,实验组(2 7例 )加用生物反馈放松训练 ,两组在治疗前作状态 特质焦虑评定 ,治疗 1个月后再次评定状态焦虑 ;所有入组者在治疗前、治疗 1个月时分别测定外周血的T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 :治疗前、后两组的T淋巴细胞亚群比例无明显差异。实验组治疗后状态焦虑明显下降 ,对照组下降不明显 ;治疗后CD3 +比例的变化程度与治疗后的状态焦虑呈负相关 ,CD4+、CD4+ /CD8+比例的变化程度与特质焦虑呈正相关 ;状态焦虑的下降程度与放松程度呈正相关。结论 :生物反馈放松训练能减轻焦虑情绪 。Objective: To study the effect of biofeedback assisted relaxation training on lymphocyte subsets in patients with type 2 diabetes Method: 59 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, control group (n=32) received conventional medicine, study group (n=27) received biofeedback assisted relaxation training in addition to conventional medicine Both groups were tested twice with STAI (state-trait anxiety inventory) before treatment and after one month's treatment Their blood samples were collected for assessment of lymphocyte subsets (CD 3+, CD 4+, CD 8+) at the above two time-points Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in numbers of CD 3+, CD 4+, CD 8+ cells and in the ratio of CD 4+/ CD 8+ before and after treatment After treatments, state anxiety of study group decreased significantly, while that of control group had no significant change After treatments, the extents of alteration of CD4+, and ratio of CD 4+/CD 8+ were correlated positively with trait anxiety and negatively with state anxiety when treatment ended Conclusion: Biofeedback assisted relaxation can decrease state anxiety in patients with diabetes, while anxiety has some relation with subsets of lymphocytes
